Inspired LeadHER is a program of Career Connectors, a 501(c)(3) Arizona nonprofit (referred to as "we," "us," "our"). This statement explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and how to contact us with questions.
What we collect
When you submit an interest form, application, or sponsor inquiry, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, employer, role, and any context you add. We also automatically collect basic site analytics (pages viewed, device type, general location) to help us improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate program applications, coordinate with sponsoring employers, send program updates, and improve our outreach. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who can see it
Information you submit is reviewed by Career Connectors leadership and program staff. We may share limited information with program partners (for example, an employer sponsoring a participant) only when necessary and only with the participant's awareness.
Photos and recordings
Photos and video taken at Inspired LeadHER sessions, networking events, and graduation may be used in our marketing, on this website, in social media, and in donor materials. If you prefer not to appear, let us know and we will accommodate that request.
How long we keep it
We retain application and sponsor data for as long as it is useful to operate the program, generally up to seven years to align with nonprofit recordkeeping standards.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at jessica@careerconnectors.org and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Governing law
This statement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
